I cancelled my Planet fitness account 3years ago went through the whole process of paying a cancellation fee and all that Jazz only to find out that they yet again have debited my account and this happens every second year so i call the call centre to find out whats happening and the Beverly decides to tell me with an attitude that its not her problem that i haven't paid my account and every time i try and explain to her that the account has been cancelled she interrupts me by saying "no no no " you have to pay your account and when i ask to speak to a Manager they all on Lunch and so are the supervisors i am tired of them not fixes there books and there rude call centre agents i refuse to be billed for a cancelled contract for over three years now so they better fix there books and send there agents for customer service training and soon, oh and to top it off when i call back Kinet answers the phone and tells me that the manager will call me back like rude Beverley explained to me how did she know it was me calling in any event no managers call back any way so get your house in order Planet fitness i will not pay for a cancelled contract after paying a cancellation fee.
