I have been a Virgin Active Premium member for the past 7 years and never have I experienced the attitute I received at your Morningside Branch. On several occassions, I visited the gym during peak hours, and on coming through the front gate, the guard advised me that there was no more access cards, but I would have no trouble leaving without giving a card back. The first time I left, I opened my window to advise him I had not received a access card, he then said it's impossible, why don't I have a card? After explaining, he opened the boom gate. The second time, I felt as if he was accusing me of my own car!!! I told him that this attitude is unacceptable and the matter would be reported, he laughed back at me and replied, fine just go!!!
It is not my fault if you dont have enough access cards to hand to your customers during peak hours. My monthly gym premium pays your staff salaries including your security guards. I will never go back to Morningside gym again. It's time to start looking at Planet Fitness!!!
