I finally gathered the strength to visit the gym after paying for 2 months and not attendending. I still can't stop talking about the proffesionalsm and friendliness I saw there. The gentleman and lady who were at reception on Wednesday (6 Nov); your proffesionalsm is perfect and deserves to be complimented. As i am waiting for the gentleman (pity i forgot the name) to look for fitness trainer, the lady kept on assuring me that they are coming, after 3 minutes she joined the search, asking another friendly lady to be at reception. They both came back with Phemelo (fitness trainer).! This guy was born to do this, he explained everything that i needed to know, answered my questions, gave sound advice on fitness and overall health. This may be his job, but he does it with passion and dedication, he is also well informed in his field. Virgin Active (tramshed) you just got yourself a volunteer sales lady. Thank you!
