I get charged R110 per card when i have my old one

I went last night to sign up with virgin active at bellairs mall, i was assisted by Israel, i have all 3 my access cards from vigin active and yet i am still charged R110 for my access card how can my other cards not work??? i refuse to be riped off so either refund me the R110 for my card or i want a full refund and i will go and join planet fitness!!!
