Something needs to be done URGENTLY!

My car was broken into at Virgin Active Ormonde on Wednesday 6 March 2013. I only discovered this after finishing the class that I was doing. When I asked the security on duty, he told me that Virgin Active does not have security in place. When you drive into the the parking lot, there's a boom gate and security guards who give you a card. Apparently that's just a waste of our time as they DO NOT look after our cars there. Virgin Active is blaming the security guards who are not even contracted to them. I'm yet to receive response from their head office as I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. I opened a case and the police woman who's handling the case says there are about 22 opened cases for VA Ormonde. Why is VA failing to alert it's members? Why isn't somebody jumping up and down to stop this because it's really ridiculous now? Yesterday afternoon, 2 more cars were broken into and nothing has been done still. It seems that this company cares about getting paid every month but the issues are not dealt with properly.
