Planet Fitness burnt down February 2013. It is now almost middle November, and up until today I have not received ANY feedback regarding progress or what date they will re open. My details have not changed at all. Some of my friends received sms's and e-mails, but I have up until today not received ANYthing.
I phoned various times, been put on hold several times, been transfered from one person to another, and NO ONE seem to be able to inform me on progress. I spoke to and e-mailed the CLO at Planet Fitness Durbanville, and asked for my contract to be frozen, but NOTHING happened, they still deduct money. I cannot visit other branches, as it is too far to travel during peak traffic, and takes me more than an hour to get there. I have complained about my tags not working, and every time they take my details and promise to get this sorted out, but NOTHING!!! This is totally ridiculous. Even the Cobble walk centre management does not have answers, as no one informs them on progress too? I have sent numerous e-mails, numerous phone calls, left numerous messages - NOTHING!!!
