I WROTE THIS COMPLAINT PREVIOUSLY AS WELL, BUT STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE? The only answer i got was that i could visit any other Planet Fitness club. This is my problem. I did not join any other club, I joined Cobblewalk, because it was conveniently close to home. I work, I am a mother and a wife, I don't have another hour to spend in traffic to travel to another club. My tags is STILL not sorted out. I heard from Cobblewalk management that they might not open again at all? Since February, I have not had ANYone call me, e-mail me, or sms me with any update. Whenever I tried to phone, NO ONE can give me an answer. Always the same story. Someone will contact me!!! I AM STILL WAITING. Almost TEN months??? Really? With NO ONE that can give you a direct answer? Ridiculous. I actually went to Virgin Active for a quote now, and they mentioned that they got numerous Planet Fitness members joining them recently, all with the same story - BAD SERVICE from PLANET FITNESS!! This is bad. I will now go to the news papers with this as well, as not even Hellopeter could previously solve my issues... I will make banners, sent out flyers do whatever it takes to get
