The sauna burnt down plus minus five months ago. To date no re-open, communication to members. Last weekend I happened to be at the centre only to find out that the police & attorney;s on site preventing Planet Fitness from removing there equipment I sent my complaint to head office via the web last week and to date have not received any response. I am also cancelling my contract as cobble walk was close to my home & to go to another branch is inconvenient. BUT all planet fitness wants is my monthly payment with no communication to this at all!
