Lack of equipment

Hi

I would like to bring forward my concern on Virgin Active Sunninghill lack of equipment, particularly the squat rack.

This club only has one squat rack, whereby a less expensive club, Northgate has 2 racks.
for the fee of R549 p/m, i am not satisfied by paying this fee whereby my workout mainly consists using the squat rack.
Sunninghill gym is a very busy gym and alot of the people do either bicep curls or lunges inside the squat rack which makes no sense but that is not the point of this complaint.

I would like some response on this matter.
