Two friends of ours and us have had so many problems with this contract. When we joined Aurora branch with Michael he told us we would get a free transfer to Plattekloof branch as we told him we were going to be moving soon. There was lots of other mistakes he made too and I know he no longer works there because of all the problems, but that has since all been sorted out with our contract.
We moved the beginning of this month, so we went in to Aurora branch a few weeks ago and then Elton told us we will have to pay R 150 to transfer and that we can do it at Plattekloof, I was really not happy with this as I was told by Michael that we would transfer for free, but decided to accept that I must pay R 150 to transfer.
Yesterday we went to Plattekloof to transfer and we were told that because it is a pay as you go contract we will have to pay over R 2 000 in because Plattekloof is more expensive, we are not willing to pay this as we were told that it would be free, then were told its R 150 now its over R 2 000.
We then called Miles and he said he has put a request in.
We would like to use our gym contract and would like it sorted out asap.
