I called the call centre and spoke to rude Luschano. firstly virgin active ed up my account and i had to complaint to get it resolved, i call today to confirm if i can reactivate my account and if the account has been resolved she was rude and didnt give me all the information i needed. i call the second time and speak to Gillian who assisted me with ease and rendered excellent service. can you people train your people not to behave like animals. i want a call and i want an apology, i will NOT be treated like dirt or better yet FIRE he
