I sold my contract in August and I continue to get billed for a contract that is not even mine anymore by this gym. I have been communicating with a woman named Trish from headquarters who was apparently looking into the issue and all of a sudden she isn't returning my emails! But the worst part is a further R200 was taken from my account on the 14th and no one will explain to me why! Maybe communicating with this gym publicly will get me some answers. The 1st of November is coming, another chance for this gym to more money from me! October 29th I am closing my account to prevent that from happening. I do not owe this gym anything! They owe me and I need to some seeing some refunds SOON!
