Debit orders continue after settlement of account

In August I settled my account with planet fitness, yet debit orders continue to go off my account and more concerning is the fact that the amounts vary.
I am not entirely sure why it is so difficult to have my information removed.
I have contacted the admin department on various occasions and have been told that this would be sorted
out yet it continues, as it stands planet fitness owes me money. I held up my end of the deal, paid my account on time and paid in the full settlement when I wanted to leave, now planet fitness need to come to party and resolve this issue.
