I had been communicating with Belinda regarding my arrangement with Saya to recover the money I owed Planet Fitness and realising that the balance was not changing instead it was increasing she advised me to send her the cancellation letter. I sent the letter on the 22 July 2013. She told me the contract will not be cancelled with the letter that I sent her that will stop my account to continue with the billing. On the 21st oct 2013 a lady by the name on Deli contacted me regarding to my balance and I pointed out that I sent the cancellation letter to Belinda on July I am amazed that the billing on this account has not been stopped. She requested that I send the correspondence with the cancellation letter. I did exactly as she requested. Today (26 Nov 2013) I receive an SMS from planet fitness notifying me that the levy will be increased. What levy because I believe my account with Planet fitness was last billed on the 1st of Aug. I will not allow to be charged for the incompetence of their recovery department. I called Saya and spoke to Jeanette that referred me to Planet Fitness as she cannot get anything that had to with me. I will pay planet fitness till I die by looks of it.
