On the 9th of October I joined PF Fourways, I paid the Joining fee and the Tag Fee including the Black Tag fee. On the 16th of October, my account was debited with R200, I called your branch and was advised by Connie that she will check and call me back. No call received. Called the next day and she advised she will check with Headoffice and call me back, still no call received. I went into the bank and reversed the Debit. On the 29th of October there were 2 debits that went off my account.. R99, R64 and then on the 1 of November R356 and R99 went off again. I call the branch and was advised by my Sales Consultant Temba, he will look into it. I came into the branch, spent 45 minutes trying to explain to Connie and sat with her trying to complete a Recon of my account.and came to the realization that I was actually overcharged. Connie still couldn't sort out my query of the R200 from the 16th of October. Temba and Connie advised me they will contact Head Office and get back to me. Now 4 weeks later and this is the response from the Admin Manager below. Now in Dec, I get debited for R200 extra AGAIN!.How is this possible??? Who is in Breach of Contract?
