I recently (last month) went to virgin active Germiston to join the gym, the sales consultant promised me a VA bag and I was told to collect it the following day. To this day I still do not have my bag. I am just told that they are out of stock every time I enquire

I know I can easily afford to buy myself a bag, but this is about the principle of the matter. I was promised a bag and I expect to be given one
