I placed a free trail order on their facebook page and money was deducted from my account. I was notified by email and/or sms that money was accepted and the package would be send the next day. A week later I send another email rewquesting feedback - another reply send via email to say that delivery would be expected by 23oct. Again its almost another 7 days and no delivery no feedback. I advised on last email send that I am unable to communicate via cellphone as my phone is softlocked and at times cannot answer phone calls at work. I requested for them to respond to my emails. No explanation or apologies given - notice given for delivery but yet they don't adhere to those dates & times. I think they have the worst customer service ever. Its unheard of that after almost 14 days no delivery is done?! I did advise it is a work address and the times for delivery when I placed the order and when I called the cust center nr on day order was placed? Evrytime I get promised a different date of delivery. I want feedback on this within 24hrs and want my product DELIVERED ASAP!!!
