About 6 years ago, my husband and I joined Planet Fitness. We paid and ended our contract when it expired. After that I heard nothing from them, and then this month out of the blue they start debiting my account via a debit order. I am appalled, since I have not joined them again, have not been in contact and don't even live in the province I signed up in 6 years ago. I paid the previous amounts in full, and nothing was outstanding.
Please can someone explain? The reference numbers on my d/orders on 10th and 15th respectively were:
68358566 and 68749994
Please help. This is illegal.
