I had a contract with planet fitness coblewalk which ended 2 March 2011. Decided not to continue with contact and cancelled it with a letter to planet fitness coble walk on 02/02/2011 Which was stamped by them. It was cancelled and debit order cancelled. Out of the blue 2 and half years later they illegally and unauthorized deducts monies from my account end May 2013. I went to bank and reversed the illegal deduction and phoned head office and spoke to Peace who said would cancel debit order as it wasn't right reference nr given for call LOU0010. Now again on 28 June illegal and unauthorised money deducted!! What is going on!!! This is! Am considering going to police for!! Want to stop this can't go to bank every month to cancel illegal decuctions and its bank costs every-time!! This is absolutely unacceptable and will go to everyone I know to tell them about planet fitness the!!! I wonder how many other innocent people they have money from this way.
