Joined in week of 14 Nov 11 (under Discovery Vitality for reduced monthly cost). Cancelled ref 2663945 on 6/12/12 with Vitality then by e-mail with Planet on 20/12/12. Acknowledged and ok'ed by phone as proven by no deduction in Jan 13 (both my 2011 and 2012 diaries are available to check). Then erratic deductions on erratic months, at erratic dates from Feb 13 totalling R2875 to date (my bank statements are available for confirmation), which they will not reimburse under a number of pretexts (joined less than a year, untrue! Not registered with Vitality, then why low deductions for a whole year? No formal acknowledged cancellation, then why no charge in Jan 13?)
A deduction for yet a different amount in Oct 13 notified by sms to my phone prompted a strong but fruitless exchange of e-mails from 15 Oct 13. In spite of their argument of no proof, they have made sure no amount was deducted since. And I still have no reimbursement. Is this right?
