I have cancelled my contract with this gym about 2 years ago and they have still not processed this as they are still doing debit orders! Last week week someone from your offices called me to tell me that I need to pay outstanding fees, when I told her I cancelled my account she said I should have followed up on it myself, how can you run a business like this?! When I cancelled my contract I physically went into the gym with a letter and signed a cancellation form myself AND I spoke to the manager.
I am incredibly annoyed as I have to follow up on this when they should have dealt with it themselves 2 YEARS AGO!
Being negligent is one thing but to still demand payment is just appalling and I have absolutely no idea how they expect me to follow up on their job, that they are clearing not doing!
