I got in a one year contract with planet fitness in 2011 and my contract was supposed to be terminated last year in 2012. I was never told that at the end of the contract I was supposed to get a cancellation form to show that I was not continuing with the contract. Planet fitness has been debiting from my account and finally this year I decided to call and make follow ups to see why is my account not terminated and I was then told that I was supposed to sign a cancellation form. I have been sending emails to the admin manager and he only came back once back to me with the e-mail. I signed the form in May 2013 and to my surprise not even today that my account is cancelled. I called the manager (Brandon) beginning of July he assured me that account will be closed. I asked him why are they not responding to my e-mails and he told me that he has a lot of e-mails and cant get through to them, of which I really think it was not my business that he cant get to his emails and has nothing to do with me. I am just so disgusted of how I am loosing my money through the people that I really feel they don't see the urgency in this. Planet fitness witbank service big time...
