Please can you repair the locks of the lockers in the ladies bathroom? I normally use the lockers on the right hand side of the bathroom when you just come in and almost none of these locks are working. I have reported the problem to Lesego 2 months ago, she asked me to fill in a card and I informed her that I don't have time to do that. I work in PTA and live in JHB and only have an hour to train, so I don't have time to fill in cards. This morning I went back to Lesego seeing that she didn't do anything about the broken and loose locks, she referred me to the cards again. Please note that it is your staff's responsibility to do maintenance checks and to ensure that the things the members pay for are working, I took it upon myself to report the problem twice and Lesego can fill in the cards herself. I go to gym to train, not to write you notes on what doesn't work in your Gym. The lockers not working causes a lot of frustration to the ladies in the gym as you put your gym bag in a locker, turn the lock, and then lock it, just to find out that the lock is loose and that it can open even though you locked it.
