Constant harrasment and no results

I tried to open a Virgin active account around 4-5 years ago for myself and little brother in order to coach him squash at the randburg branch.
I was told if i sign up he could be put under my membership.

Around the 3rd month i had a women approach me at cresta where i worked at the time & was fuming because apparently virgin was drawing money from her account for my membership.
This women had also signed up in cresta.
I went to the cresta branch and they pulled up my paper work.
The paperwork that they produced wasnt the 1 i had filled in as the address & banking details was all wrong as well as the paperwork wasnt in my writing.
I provided the right details.
A week later when i went to the randburg branch i was told that my brother couldnt be and shouldnt have been put under my membership as thats not allowed. Month end the lady was debited again and ran to me demanding her money back. We went to cresta branch where they promised to reimburse her and i asked that my account be canceled and wanted to settle my account, as i couldnt coach my brother and the contract was invalid. Cancellation Forms were filled in and sent out.
MBDLC keeps harrasing me for over outstanding balances!!
