I went on a new medical aid, and near month end I was told I have to come on the day of month-end to cancel the debit order to prevent double payment, and if it went off it would be refunded.. but only if its on the last day of the month. I went there on month-end Monday 30 Sept 2013, but there was no one to assist me to close the membership, and open a new membership. For 4 days I've asked the staff to tell the relevant people to phone me, and they told me they'll request that someone will come and see me at my office, no one came?? No one phoned me?? I think this is very bad service!!!
