I received a letter stating that my Membership is on a Auto renewal but when i phoned in i was told it is not, i called a week later and then i was told it is on auto renewal?
I asked how do i go about stopping it as i will be joining on the Liberty Rewards? i was told to Email the club Manager and every time i have tried to do so the email comes back un delivered . i asked to speak to the manager but the manager never seems to be in???
I was then told to try another Branch but Surprise Surprise that Manager wasn't in either!
I also tried to leave a message online but clearly that also doesn't reach anyone as i am still waiting and this has been more than a week ago
I have been trying since the Beginning of Jan to cancel my contract but no one can help me with this?
