I joined planet fitness on 2013/05/06 and was told I can only start coming in July and then extended to August for only group exercises as they were awaiting gym machines and will only bill from September.
In August I gave the staff at Sterland my 30 days notice and they told me they will contact me after 3 days, they never contacted me and I went there twice again and they told me the same thing. I talked to the manager (Julia) and she said the head office doesn't answer their calls. I have not received any notification to show my subscription has been cancelled and I want to stop this membership before they start billing.
