2 weeks ago I tried to phone the accounts department at this "prestigious" gym to renew my membership. They hardly answer the phone, and when they do, no one is available. I left messages over 2 days for some one from the accounts department to call me back and that still hasn't happened. Eventually, Colin answered the phone and helped me out.
Today, a person named Kathy left a message for me to call back but her number has been engaged all day. Your customer service is atrocious!!!
