Very bad service

I join planet fitness and i had to pay my jiong fee and i dit pay it and i had to phone discovery to activate my gym by them also and i to give planet fitness the reverence no to say did pay my joining fee at discovery so i did that.after 3 month's i start to experience that i can't get in the gym because of if thy swipe my tag it say i need pay my account and i am pay every moth my gym fee and that i am not on discover y and that i am on the normal plan of planet fitness .i went to te manager to sort my problem and he said he will phone me back and give me feedback wat is wrong .2 weeks went pass and no response from the manager so i phone him can't get hold of him so i left a message to phone me back and he never phoned me back.a nather week went pass i phone agane he not there so left a message phone me back he still not phone me back or any reply from him. I'm paying to gym but i can't gym because of this.and this is now 2months now that i can't gym.
