I I have a virgin active membership. I agreed upon taking out the contract that an amount of R131 BE DEDUCTED monthly nd that is the only reason I took out the contract. Last month withou warning 399 gets deducted, without any warning or communication which as a result the money a left for something else was returned. After hreceiving a letter about overdue amount I mailed the gym the response I got was that my vitality was cancelled. This is because our company changed medical aids because of exorbitant cost with current scheme. I read the contract of mine nd I do not see anything in there that says that im liable for the 399. I would appreciate feedback or even just to go back to my old installment or just cancel the contract as im done with virgin active. My journey to date has been bag from the application stage until now. But wat can I do, please remove nd send me my options so that I can further look at my options.
