My contract expired on the 7th of May. I then send an email to cancel giving 30days notice. My account was charged at the end of June again at the end of July. I contacted costumer care and got a response from ofentse saying my contract had not been cancelled. I had to put in another 30days notice (now 90days) and she assured me that the LAST payment would be on the 1st of August. I was charged yet again on the 1st of September. I have emailed and called trying to rectify the problem but I get no response. I would like a refund for the last month as I haven't been to Planet Fitness in 4 (going on 5) months. This contract was so easy to start up but now it has been impossible to cancel.
