Planet Fitness Cancellation (Terrible Service!!!)

I am continuing my complaints in a new report, as this is the only response I've had from Planet Fitness. No response on my 20 emails, no answer on ANY of the numbers given to me (Phone keeps ringing and ringing or someone puts me through to another department and the phone just keeps ringing)..I've spent well over R300 the last 2 weeks just trying to get hold of anyone at Planet Fitness, no luck. Regarding my ongoing issue of cancelling, I went in to PF Centurion Gate yesterday and they once again told me that my contract expired at the end of November and that I am now on month-to-month and CAN cancel. They even phoned Planet Fitness Rivonia MC and confirmed with them. In September, I kept asking and confirmed multiple times with Rivonia staff as to when my contract expires. I was told, JUST the way I am now that my contract expires end November. Why would I cancel my R89 per month payments just to pay R455 (FULL FEE)?? I am still a Discovery Vitality member and have NO intentions to cancel or leave Vitality..so why would I not use their benefits if I wasn't under the impression that I could cancel?? Whether its a problem on your system or anything else, I would like this sorted out now!!
