Complete incompetence and waste of time

Over three years ago I TRIED to join Virgin Active gym and met the most incompetent man I've ever known! I had to sign a contract THREE times because of the mix-ups this apathic manager made, which went on for months! Once my contract went through I was charged for this time which meant yet another visit. I went to sort it out but was asked very politely if I wouldn't prefer to have the contract terminated. I agreed and left after he told me I wasnt on contract anymore.
And of course he and messed up again! Six months later I got a bill for those months!
I tried to get hold of head office several times by phone and email which were ignored. Only after a Hello Peter report did I get a response. I explained and was told that it would be looked into- there was abit of back and forth and then they made me an offer.??? Which I questioned why I had to pay anything MORE when the fault was their employee and therefore their responsibility.
They promise to get back to me but don't. I wrote emails and more emails. I was contacted after the Hello Peter report to TELL ME THAT THEY HAD RESPONDED! A Tracy Delport promised to look into it and get back to me... Still waiting Tracy.
