Last week I wrote a complaint about how inconvenienced I was by virgin active, needless to say I got an immediate friendly response from them. Tracy-Lee Delport called me, she was so calm, friendly and very patient. She even made me an offer I couldn't refuse, I'm super impressed as to how virgin active handled my complaint and I can not wait to rejoin their gym. I would really recommend virgin active to my friends, family, colleagues and every1 else that wants to join a gym and will definitely spread the word about their impressive service. I was even sent a confirmation email on the whole conversation we had so I don't have any problems when I rejoin. Thank you so much Tracey for your great service its much appreciated:)
