Worst service ever!

I want to report what happened to me when I tried to join this gym over two years ago. They were running a special at the time that interested me.
It was a disaster! I ended up spending my time and money helping the manager fix up his mistakes! I had to sign the contract 3 times due to his incompetence. He also 'forgot ' to inform me that they weren't running the special anymore- I found out when I eventually went to the gym that my account was in arrears. Back to his office only to find out he was on holiday and something and I had to wait until the end of the month to sort it out! Which I had to pay for!!!
When I did see me, he asked me if I wanted to terminate my account. He had no interesrt in sorting out another mess, so I left.
Of course he didn't do that right either! I received a bill 6 months later. I tried to contact head office and they seem to have the same attitude. Someone promises to look into this and get back to me but never does!
I have to explain myself to someone new every 6 months or so.
I wrote a complaint a while on hellopeter and received a reply ASKING ME ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR RESPONSE!!!
This place is a joke! I've never known such bad service!!
