CONTRACT COMPLAIN

To whom it may concern

In may 2010 I entered into a 12 months contract (as explained to) with virgin active, the was contract was suppose to end on may 2011. They continued to debit my account couple of months after may 2011. I went to one of their club to join again and I was told that I owe R1152. I tried to clarify with them why I owe virgin active money and I was told that they didn't receive my monthly premium several months after 12 months, at the end of 12 months the account goes into month to month basis and I was never told this.
According to me a 12 months contract is valid for 12 months and not more or less. THEY HAVE DEFINED THE PERIOD OF A CONTRACT. ITS UNFAIR FOR US TO STILL PAY MONEY AFTER THE CONTRACT ENDED AND WHILE I M NOT EVEN GOING TO GYM. THAT'S RIP OFF
