When i joined Virgin Active they were not transparent as to whether i will get a refund once i activate vitality or not.
I only got to know about it when they had to refund me and the lady (Thokozani) who deals with refunds was rude and unprofessional.
i think they still need to take her for training about how to speak to clients and be professional.
Because of her i want my refund by Monday (16/09/2013) or i will take further steps.
personally i don't think she deserves to occupy the office she occupies.
I'm so disappointed with Virgin Active especially after my brothers spoke so high of it.
The sales guy (Alex) handled the situation well but the woman is too arrogant and i'll make sure that she doesn't be arrogant to anyone ever again.
