I switched my contract to discovery vitality in 2011 march and was told my current contract falls away automatically which makes sense. I cancelled my discovery/ vitality membership in February 2013... Now on the first of August Virgin active debits R539 from my account without any regard, without my knowledge and without my convent. So I call the call centre and have a consultant with a attitude telling me they will not refund. After a of a discussion and a threat to log a hellopeter complaint all the sudden i get promised a 50% refund within 14 days... Well it has been 24 days and i received no refund. Now I want a full refund. I thought planet fitness was money... Virgin active seriously disappointed me. Think twice before jouning here... U gna fall short... Guaranteed. Dont sign anything. Those sales people don't know what they doing. And your not properly informed before you sign...
