I emailed this company enquiring about their 10KG medicine ball which I wanted to buy.
I asked, if there is a shipping fee and I also asked what material was used inside the ball.
Ana Niemann replied to me, though she only answered the first question and ignored the second, I immediately sent a mail back kindly asking if she will get back to me on my other question. This time she ignored my mail straight out.
It's been 6 days and she still hasn't even bothered to reply.
I was moments away from purchasing the product, but I went else where to buy it.
You have also lost a future customer as that was only one of many things I am purchasing for my home gym.
