Janus Henning from Crystal Ball Investments sold me their product and he was clear and concise with all costs involved. I understood the payment procedure as he explained it to me, and had no problems with my payment deductions. He answered all my questions and assisted me with the product. In fact, we are connected on Skype and BBM and if I struggle with something, he is just a question away. I contacted him at different times of day and he was always friendly and willing to assist me. I had a bad experience with another company a while back and was very sceptic about this product, but it turned out great so far. Thank you Janus, I appreciate having YOU there for assistance.
