DON'T USE DIAL-A-STUDENT, RATHER RENT-A-STUDENT

On the 28th of August my colleague sent an urgent mail to dial-a-student as we needed students to do some temp work for a project we were working on. Mercy Phiri only got back to us on the following day explaining to us which areas she might be able to help us out in. After that I took over the project and sent her an email with all the details- NO REPLY. This was on the 30th and now we were really desperate to organise these students. Then I phoned the following Monday the 2nd of September and asked to speak to Mercy who apparently was in a meeting and left a message. I wasn't called back the next few hours and phoned again and left a message with the receptionist for Mercy to please phone me back, which she didn't do and so I phoned one more time to ask to speak to her and low and behold she 'was still in a meeting'. She still hasn't called me back to this day and hasn't replied to my emails. PATHETIC! Fortunately we contacted Rent-a-student who got back to us within an hour-they were brilliant and so on the ball! THAT is what I call service! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME with DIAL-A-STUDENT use RENT-A-STUDENT!!!
