I had a problem with Ana Niemann from Cape Multi Sports where Ana Niemann was refusing to help me with the purchasing of a product which sadly forced me to buy elsewhere. The question I asked was more than reasonable and Ana Niemann made it clear she will not converse with me anymore.
I posted a comment on their official Facebook page saying "Good day, where can one make complaints please? "
To my surprise, cape multi sports actually deleted my comment and further more did not contact me to find out what my concern was. They deleted my comment about the same time that they posted an article on new TomTom devices they were getting in.
Such service I haven't the words for. I do not know if the owner is aware of what is going on in this company but this kind of attitude can not be doing any good for the business.
