I cancelled my contract with Planet fitness over a year ago, as I was struggling to switch from one club to the other, probably pure ignorance from staff. Anyway, I received confirmation regarding my cancellation, yet I just found out that I've still been paying a big amount for over a year! What? I was a consistent payer for 4 years, and now I realize my consistency was taken advantage of? I never received confirmation of payment sms's after my cancellation, so I never expected that it was actually still being debited off my account.
