I was very impressed at how fast and efficiently Virgin Active Century City handled my online enquiry and suggestions. More companies should provide platforms like that on their website where people can make positive comments or criticism and someone from the company replies in time to address it. If they did that, fewer people would feel the need to vent on hellopeter, a public platform where now the whole country is exposed to your shortcomings.
So i applaud Virgin active for providing an effective platform for me to raise my concern constructively. The steam room feels much better now, i don't know what the operations manager did but i can feel the difference.
