Just stop sending me smses regarding me owing the gym, which according to me I personally cancelled a day after signing with you people. I signed up with one of your consultants when you had some promotion, which I cancelled a day after with the same person. I have written a letter to cancel and submitted it to you, yet I still get messages regarding this. Secondly, can someone explain to me why I keep getting debited by your establishment and not only that, the amounts are not consistent. If I made an agreement with the gym on a standard fee, why do you debit my account with odd amounts? I should think that would fall under *.I hardly got an agreement contract and cancellation confirmation from you. And if I held an account with you, should I not be getting monthly statements, which I have never received, if this gym was operating as a proper establishment. Take this as my last and official request to scrap me off your books, as I did my part, which on many standard contracts, should you wish to cancel the contract or are not happy with the agreement, that should be done within 30 days of initial signing. You are costing me unnecessary bank charges.
