When i signed the contract in october i was told that if i cancel my gym fees i will have to pay R600, so i agreed and signed the contract.
In November 2012 i cancelled my contract, and was tol dan accountant will give me a call.
I phoned them today and they misplaced my letter of cancellation.
They put me through to an accountant and she told me that i f i cancel my gym fees i will need to pay R 5000 for the cancellation.
Why do they have to to you when your signing up.
Now i have no choice but to pay them monthly, and im not going to the gym, as it is filthy, thats the reason for the cancellation.
Maybe a I will commence to do a contract review as i do not believe thats what i signed for.
