In mid November I was approached by one of the sales reps for the pimville sports and fitness club who convinced me to sign up and join their gym they were running a promotion where you get to use their facilities for free for the month of December and you only start paying in January I signed up for the membership but have never used it. I called wanting to cancel but was told that I cant cancel and whether I use the gym or not they are still going to debit money from account every month for the next 36 months. I do not understand how or whey their policy does not allow for people to cancel their membership and why a person should be forced to use the gym or find someone to take over the membership. this somehow seems unconstitutional. and something seriously needs to be done about them because they cannot rip people off in such a way and get away with it.
