Recently my husband received a sms saying that our planet fitness has been handed over to the collections department, they state that we are R1400 in arrears which is not true as I have all the proof, to our knowledge we are only one month behind which was because of an error that occurred with our bank, however we made 2 months payments via banktransfer which was NOT recorded on their system... iv left numerous messages to sort out issue but the person in charge of accounts just never seems to return my call. I have also changed from savings to cheque account and submitted these details to mandy but for the month of august they never debited my account now holding me liable for non payment, how is that possible.

And we were also told that we cant cancel our contract unless we pay the contract amount or sell.
