I took up a membership with Planet Fitness in Bedfordview and I had decided to cancel it. After cancelling the contract, I received feedback from Thabo Mphuthi that the refund procedure takes 15 working days. This was on 03 June 2013. I have sent a number of emails to Thabo and copied the Befordview branch and I have not received a satisfactory response. Thabo responds only by saying "I have escalated to the refunds manager as soon as I have feedback I will provide it."
I do not understand why it takes so long to get my refund for a cancelled membership.
