1) People don't phone you back.
2) Service is terrible. People don't know how to use their own systems.
3) Systems offline every other day since they upgraded.
4) Staff lost my cancellation form, I had to fill out a new one.
5) Refund rejected because the people at Planet Fitness cannot communicate with each other.
6) I still have a refund due to me after more than a month.
7) Broken promises.
8) Draconian contracts.
I want out. I'm sick and tired of Planet Fitness. I want nothing to do with them!
